Qigo will arrange 1-2 after-sale service engineering go to your workshop , provide installation guide and train the operator, the trainee should have experience on cutting technical. Qigo's after-sale service engineering will install, debug, training in 3-5 days, until the trainee can use 3D Robot machine in right way, during the period, buyer need to sign the inspection report. Before engineering arrival, Factory need to prepare the the area, water, electricity, gas, and work piece ahead. Other wise, the delay cost should charge by buyer.

Warranty Of Custom Laser Cutting Machine

1. Quality Warranty and range
12 months warranty for core equipment(robot, control cabinet,laser source) teach pendant,cable, fiber, protect lens, focus lens, nozzle etc are out of warranty.

Any damage and broken by human or force majeure factor are out of warranty 2. During the Warranty Period
If machine can't working by it's own failure ,Qigo will fix the machine free. If machine can't working by human or force majeure factor, Qigo will charge for fixing( Only some service and material cost).

4.Fast respond
Qigo will respond all questions within 12 hours after get your email/phone call. If the problem is easy, Qigo will use video call/phone/email to guide operator to fix it.
